    Intercontinental Securities Limited collaborates with its parent Bank, Intercontinental Bank, to provide cutting-edge Investment Banking Services to clients across the globe. To engage in securities dealing services, individual and corporate firms are expected to open a stockbroking account with us, through the following processes;

    Download Account opening package online. Nominee account may be opened for our Portfolio Assets Management (PAMS) clients.

    procedures for opening stockbrocking account - Domestic OPERATIONS

    - Download our account opening packages, fill and scan to submit online or mail directly to our Head office or any of our branches together with 2 passport photographs, copy of driver's license/International Passport and utility bills.

    - Write a cheque in favour of Intercontinental Securities Limited or effect transfer/deposit into our bank account for the purchase (details available on request).

    - Download the purchase mandate on our website to place your order.

    - Follow up after 24 hours through online access to your account

    - The system will also send your contract note to the e-mail address you filled on our account opening documentation and also your GSM phone.

    procedures for opening stockbrocking account - Foreign Clients

    Payment may be made through Intercontinental Bank Plc correspondent (offshore) accounts. Details will be supplied on request.

    Payment into the correspondent bank accounts must be made directly from clients domiciliary accounts as payment of proceeds on investment or liquidation shall be made only into domiciliary accounts used by the clients. Funds transferred are to be accompanied by specific instruction to remit same via Intercontinental Bank Plc to Intercontinental securities Limited for Investment in quoted securities, bonds, or any other security on clients behalf.

    Upon confirmation of payment, we shall facilitate issuance of Certificate of Capital Importation (on investors behalf) from the Central bank of Nigeria (CBN).
